Q When is DrupalCampPDX 2008?
A Saturday, May 10th, 2008. It will run from 9:30am through the evening (registration opens 8:30am).
 
Q What is the cost to attend?
A There is no cost to attend. This is an informal all-volunteer run, BarCamp-style event. Volunteers means no charges for labor and sponsors pay for everything else, including lunch and supper.

Q What is Drupal?
A Drupal is a CMS (Content Management System). You can find out more from the WikiPedia Drupal article, or from Drupal's home. More on what a CMS is can be found at the WikiPedia content management system article.
 
Q Where will DrupalCampPDX 2008 be held?
A It will be located at the facilities of Portland State Business Accelerator. We will have three rooms, one of them a large presentation room. There are also several areas where informal socializing will be possible.
 
Q How do I get there?
A Assuming you are in Portland Oregon, driving directions are posted here.
 
Q How much programming will there be?
A There will be three tracks of programming, all done BarCamp-style, with a twist. The Portland group set the agenda ahead of time for two tracks of organized programming from our Groups.Drupal user group (we made use of temporary wiki). The third track will be free for conventional on-site BarCamp-style programming and/or socializing. Speakers include many local Drupal wizzes, including Matt Westgate, president of Lullabot and co-author of Pro Drupal Development. There will be lightening talks in the evening as well.
 
Q Will there be wifi on site?
A Yes.
 
Q Will there be networking opportunities?
A Yes. During breaks and meals and also in several open areas.
 
Q What about finding new Drupal employees/employers?
A Those wanting only to meet employers/employees are welcome to join us for dinner, when we have assigned a room for this purpose. You will not need to register for the event as registration will not be needed for evening events.
